Keep your dog cool + safe this Summer with our NEW cooling vests. Simple soak in water and wear under a harness or on their own. They are light weight + breathable,  allowing your dog to cool down and keep cool via evaporation.

Dogs can start to overheat & suffer a heatstroke in as little as 15mins. This is because they cannot naturally cool down effectively as they do not sweat all over their body  like humans do, their main way to cool is via panting.

SOAK + GO💧

• Simply soak in water + pop on your dog.
• Re-soak as required or when dry.
• Can be put into a fridge for 15mins or so for extra cooling.
• Can be worn alone or under a harness.
• Thin, lightweight & fully breathable specialist fabric.
• Cools your dog by naturally effective method of evaporation.
• Will not be heavy or weigh your dog down like a normal t-shirt/towels or other material, these can actually cause your dog to overheat more and are not recommended by vets.
• Shields & protects short haired areas from harsh UV rays & prevents sunburn.

Size Guide/breed examples

Please see our pop up size guide & calculator. Measure your dogs. Measurements are NOT the same as harnesses, but are similar to our hoodies, but run a little smaller in some sizes (you’ll potentially need to size up).

Measuring: Neck (where a collar sits), Chest (just behind the front legs) and Length along the spine(from where a collar sits to base of tail).

SMALL: Toy breeds eg Yorkies, chihuahua’s, small breed puppies, generally under 3kg. Size XXS harness wearers.

MEDIUM: Small breeds, miniatures, small breed puppies, eg small miniature dachshunds, 3-5kg. Size XS harness wearers.

LARGE: Small breeds, eg miniature dachshunds, Jack Russell terriers, small Schnauzers,  5-7kg. Size XS-Small harness wearers.

XL: Slender small- Medium breeds, medium breed puppies, eg: Pugs, Bostons, 7-9kg. Size Small harness wearers.

2XL: Medium breeds, eg: Small spaniels, small french bulldogs, small cocka/cavapoos, 9-15kg. Size Medium harness wearers.

3XL: Spaniels, Cockapoos, large breed puppies, 15-20kg. Size Medium harness wearers.

4XL: Vizsla, Pointers, Small labs, other similar size slender Med-Large breeds, 20-25kg. Size Medium - Large harness wearers.

Heat stoke Prevention Tips

• Do not walk your dog when it is hot/warm outside. This temperature can vary depending on your dog’s breed, age & coat.
• For older, thick coated or brachycephalic (flat faced breeds) dogs this could be a temperature of anything above 18c. If it doubt, please call your vet for advice.
• Ensure fresh water is always available. Use wet cooling mats in crates/beds at home.
• Use fans or Air con in the rooms where your dogs are.
• Walk your dogs early in the morning (before 9am) or late evening when it is cooler, do check temperatures as sometimes it is not much cooler.
• Give frozen plain yogurt to lick or other frozen treats.
• Wet your dog regularly if they are still panting inside the house despite above measures.
• If you notice excessive panting, foaming at the mouth, pale gums, lethargy, confusion, or sickness - take your dog to the vet immediately.

Please do not leave dogs/puppies unattended wearing any dog accessory. It is the owners responsibility to check a product for wear + tear regularly, and determine the safety & suitability for their dog. No dog accessory is indestructible.
