At Pawsome Life, every order is prepared with love and care — whether it’s a hand-crafted custom portrait, a cosy hoodie for a proud dog mum, or a stylish harness for your pup.

• We do our best to dispatch your Pawsome Life goodies within 1–2 working days, so you and your pup don’t have to wait too long.

• If you’ve ordered items from one of our partner brands, these may arrive in a separate parcel — think of it as a little extra happy mail on the way.

• Human accessories and apparel (like hoodies or mugs) are sent straight from the printing location closest to you, which means they’ll also come in their own package.

No matter how many parcels your order arrives in, everything is packed with care and a whole lot of love for you and your furry best friend.

Human Accessories & Apparel 

For custom portraits, delivery times begin from the date you approve your proof. For all other apparel orders, times start from the order date.

We work with trusted printing, production, and shipping partners closest to your location to keep delivery times fast and shipping costs low. This sometimes means your items may arrive in separate packages, but you’ll always receive tracking details for each shipment.

• USA, Canada & Australia: 4–6 working days

• Rest of the World: 10–15 working days

Orders from our in-house range are sent via Royal Mail. Orders containing products from other brands may be dispatched separately and shipped using trusted couriers such as Evri or DPD.

• Address Accuracy
