Return Policy

Please submit a request for a return at support@pawsomelife.co.uk. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Defects

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at support@pawsomelife.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. 

Exchange Policy

Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.

All orders are meticulously processed and packaged at our shop and are dispatched within 1-3 business days of your purchase. We trust Royal Mail for all our shipping needs, given their proven track record of timely and reliable deliveries.

Europe:

• Estimated Delivery: 1-2 weeks after dispatch

Note: Delivery times can vary depending on your specific location within Europe and potential customs delays.

Rest of the World:

• Estimated Delivery: 2-3 weeks after dispatch
• Note: Delivery to some countries might experience longer shipping times due to customs processes and local postal services.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (if a tracked service was selected), so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

• Customs and Duties: For orders outside of the UK, customs fees or import duties might apply once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine potential costs.

• Shipping Delays: We strive to ensure timely dispatch from our shop. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like postal service disruptions, customs holds, or any events outside our control.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We aren't responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
