Not sure what size harness your dog needs? Please measure from the base of your pet's neck leaving enough space for two fingers. The harness sits a bit lower than their collar. The chest measurement should be taken around the widest part behind the front legs. If you’re at the end of a measurement, we recommend you size up.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
When cleaning your harness, we recommend soaking in water before washing in the washing machine at 30 degrees.
Return Policy
Please submit a request for a return at support@pawsomelife.co.uk.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Defects
In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at support@pawsomelife.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item.
Exchange Policy
Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our shop within 1-3 business days. All items are sent with Royal Mail.
Please be prepared for shipping delays for all orders due to the ongoing pandemic.
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
