Yes! We offer unlimited revisions until you’re completely happy with the result. Portraits go to print after you approve it.

NOTE: If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of sending your portrait proof, we’ll assume you’re happy with it and send it to print. Once printing starts, no further changes can be made.

Dogs are our specialty, but we can also create portraits of other pets — just send us a message before ordering.

Absolutely! You can include more than one pet — just select the correct option when ordering and upload clear photos of each.

Yes! We offer free worldwide delivery on all custom portraits & apparel and affordable rates for dog accessories.

Not always. We work with printing and production partners closest to your location to keep shipping costs low and delivery times fast. This means your portraits, accessories, and gifts might ship separately from different locations. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Custom portraits & personalised items: These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there’s an issue with the product. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Dog accessories & non-personalised items: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
